WAVAW contracted me to design their newest Translink ad, which was in circulation from June through September 2017. As the intention of the ad is to deliver information in the most direct manner to those who may be seeking their services, a bold, large typographic style was chosen to convey their message.
I collaborated with WAVAW’s victim services team to design a Translink advertisement for their #StopUsingGirls campaign. The ad is targeted at young males for their involvement or passiveness in the exploitation of teenage girls, be it through physical contact or simply sharing private images without permission, and asks them to take action by no longer contributing to our rape culture and to start being a part of the solution.
The ad was in circulation around Vancouver from July through Oct 2015.
