[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]For my mother’s birthday I hand lettered a series of quotes from birthday cards and e-mails she’s sent me over the years. I placed the text over images of my hometown I took on recent visits.[/vc_column_text][mk_gallery images=”781,780,779,777,776″ column=”5″ height=”250″][/vc_column][/vc_row]
[vc_row][vc_column][mk_gallery images=”700,701″ column=”2″ image_size=”full”][vc_column_text]Months ago I started a project where I would hand letter a series of bitter quotes with candy. I made it through 2 finished products before I realized I’d have to buy a lot more candy to keep it interesting, so this is what I have to show for it. This project did not make it into the portfolio as I don’t consider it completely finished.
My media for this project included marshmallows, frootloops, candy fruit, sour rings, cotton candy and more on stonehenge colour paper. Photographed with my Canon Rebel XS.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
